2. Scope of Services, Information Products, and Goods

2.1 Services

We offer subscription-based access to an online ledger system for managing accounts and recording transactions. Service plans include Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers, each with defined capabilities.

2.2 Information Products

We provide digital guides, templates, and training modules in downloadable form. Delivery is granted upon full payment.

2.3 Goods

We sell branded merchandise such as office supplies and apparel. Availability and shipping details are provided at checkout.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

All prices are in CAD. Payments are due upon purchase and may be made by major credit card or other methods specified at checkout. Subscription fees automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by offering type:

• Services: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have used no more than 10% of included usage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer the remaining subscription term to another individual with our approval. If a service agreement specifies no refund, this is due to custom work and resource allocation that cannot be reversed.
• Information Products: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before any download occurs. After download, no refund is available because of the digital format.
• Goods: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain consulting services and one-time setup fees are non-refundable. These offerings involve dedicated time and resources committed on your behalf, making reversal impractical once work has begun. If you are unable to proceed, you may apply the fee as credit toward other services within 12 months of the original transaction.

6. Service Transfer

Subscription services may be transferred to another party upon written request and our approval. A transfer fee may apply. The new user must agree to these Terms before the transfer is finalized.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in 2025. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
